Thanh Vo — a Denver local — built Mile High Blasters around a simple observation: the Front Range has plenty of chemical remediators and, as far as we can find, no one specializing in the one method suited to occupied buildings.
We're mobile by design. The machine, the ice, the containment, the power, and the crew arrive on our truck and leave with everything — including the debris, sealed, on our truck. Nothing goes in your dumpster. No storage pod in your parking lot, no subcontractors you've never met. The person who walked your property and wrote your scope is the person holding the nozzle — and the person answering the phone afterward.
Why the paperwork is the way it is. Before this, Thanh spent a couple of years as an InterNACHI-certified home inspector. That trade runs on a discipline most others never learn: photograph everything, write down what you could not reach, and never let a silence in a report pass for a finding. Every job here ships a document built the same way, which is why it tells you what was not checked as plainly as what was.
And he works on cars. Paint and restoration, the kind of work where the finish is the whole job and a shortcut has nowhere to hide. Dry ice earns its place in that world for the same reason it does in your building: it lifts what is sitting on a surface without cutting into the surface underneath.
We're new as a company and honest about it. What you're hiring isn't a decades-old logo — it's owner-level attention on every job, a method with a long industrial track record, and the same documentation package on every job, whatever its size.
How we prepared: we completed the manufacturer's training on the machine we run, put in our hours on practice structures — our own materials, blackened, blasted clean, and blasted again — before the first client job, and we study the IICRC's mold remediation coursework so our containment and documentation follow the industry's own standard. We'd rather show you the preparation than claim the decades.
The focus
Because specialists get good. Mold in an apartment, mildew in a grow room, grease in a kitchen, soot on framing — different rooms, same discipline. We're not a general restoration company that also rents a blaster. Dry ice is the whole business — the machine maintenance, the nozzle selection, the containment playbook, the CO₂ safety protocol. When it's the wrong tool, we say so and point you to the right one.
