One method
Dry ice pellets freeze the contaminant brittle and lift it off as the pellet flashes into gas. No water into your structure, no chemicals into your air, no grit left to shovel — the only thing that leaves the site is what we removed, sealed, on our truck.
We're specialists on purpose. One method means the machine maintenance, the nozzle selection, the containment playbook, and the CO₂ safety protocol all get our full attention — and when dry ice is the wrong tool, we say so at the walk-through and tell you what the right one is.

How a job runs
Free on-site assessment. When conditions allow, we demo a small, contained test patch — one square foot come clean settles the question. Older building? We screen for asbestos and pre-1978 lead paint before anything gets blasted.
Schedule, containment plan, and the number — before anyone mobilizes. If the job turns out bigger than the scope, the machine stops and you get a revised written number before we continue.
Containment up, HEPA scrubbers running, CO₂ monitored from setup to cleanup. Most jobs finish the same day, scheduled around your production hours, tenants, or grow cycle. Debris leaves sealed on our truck.

Dry ice blasting is a spectacular tool — for the right job. Rotten wood needs replacement, not cleaning. Mold through drywall means the drywall comes out. A surface that's fine with a wipe-down doesn't need our machine. We tell you which one you have at the walk-through, even when the answer costs us the job — because we'd rather keep the phone number you trust than win one blast.
